To use: Wash suction base with soap and water before use. Place bowl on smooth surface and push down. To release: Apply pressure to the outer rim of the suction base with your thumb, and pull up.

Note:-wipe the bottom of the suction and also the surface you are sticking it to with an alcohol based solution, as if there are any small flecks of fluff or crumbs they will not stick, also suction plates won’t adhere to porous surfaces for long, it might be worth trying the plates on a different surface and see if they stick to that.
